Lauren Gorski

Lauren is a Senior Vice President in our Chicago office. She specializes in collaborating with healthcare systems to improve their operational and financial performance by implementing sustainable solutions with ongoing benefits.

Lauren focuses on performance improvement, non-labor cost reduction, labor productivity, patient status determination, observation patient management and length of stay reduction initiatives. She is a subject matter expert of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and assists hospitals nationwide in optimizing their savings and revenue opportunities from the program.

Lauren holds MBA and Master of Health Sector Management (MHSM) degrees from Arizona State University and a B.S. in Community Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a Certified Healthcare Finance Professional and Fellow of HFMA.
