Karen is the Chief People Officer for Claro Healthcare and brings over 20 years of experience working in all aspects of talent, human resources and change management. Her experience includes talent strategy, organization development, workforce planning and managing the people side of change for business transformation. She worked at Accenture before joining Claro Healthcare and was responsible for designing and implementing Talent and Change Management initiatives at multiple Fortune 100 companies and several mid-cap clients.
Karen has responsibility for the HR function at Claro Healthcare with an emphasis on driving the talent strategy for the organization — specifically performance management, leadership development, talent acquisition/integration, workforce planning and learning.
Karen earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. She is a member of HRMAC and the Heartland Alliance Women’s Board.
