Matt Cipra

Matt is a Managing Director in our Chicago office. He leads Claro Healthcare’s information technology and software resources and projects, including the development and implementation of our inpatient CDI software — CDR^2® and 20/20.

Matt has almost 20 years of experience in financial, ERP, and healthcare information systems, specializing in system architecture, interface design, integration, client support, development, and implementation.  Matt has managed over 100 implementations of the CDR^2® software, and custom HL7 interface.  This includes project management of the implementation, transferring of data, remote installation and configuration of CDR^2®, building custom HL7 interfaces, and client training.  Additionally, Matt helps manage the firm’s compliance with HIPAA and HITECH.

Matt earned his B.S. in business and computer information systems from Indiana University.
