Seth Kirschner

Seth is a Managing Director in our Chicago office. His experience includes working with over 70 hospitals to improve their operational and financial performance. Over the last 10 years, Seth has worked with adult and children’s hospitals, including some of the largest academic medical centers in the country, large multi-hospital health systems, and many community based hospitals .

Seth’s primary focus is working with clients to create, enhance, or expand their CDI programs across the care continuum including inpatient, all outpatient facility encounters and professional fee claims.  He has helped clients with their CDI process re-design, understanding complex data models and outcomes, and facilitating change management across organizations. He has additionally provided consulting on various revenue cycle and care coordination initiatives.

Seth holds a B.S. in Business/Finance from Indiana University.
